Las Vegas, possibly one of the most...tacky...places to go in the US and perhaps even the world is the location of the Winter Consumer Electronics Show or Winter CES yearly.  Just this last Janurary I had the privledge of going to the '99 Winter CES.  Me and my friends stayed at Bally's hotel, located on the Strip, which was good for its view of the Bellagio as well as being host to that years Adult Video Awards (more on this later).

The first day of of Winter CES was pretty normal.  You got your cool gizmos, your HDTV,  plasma flat screens, and Captain Efficency! 

Yes, Captain Efficency.  Protector of Procedures, Slayer of Wasted Time, Guardian of On the Go Mobility, well you get the idea.  This poor guy had the sad task of being the booth host for Ericsson.  Unfortunately for my friends and I we decided to sit at the booth and listen to the show (they had comfy chairs).  Me being the kind of person that has perfected the "don't look at me unless you want the plague" look Captain Efficiency decided to pick me of all the people sitting down for the audience participation part of their demo as demonstrated below by myself:

For those wondering what the heck it is I am wearing its a nylon click-on belt with 8 rotary phones strapped onto it.  Don't you feel better knowing that?
