Hello Mr.Spisak,

I got your message, please feel free to contact me by e-mail, it will probably be the only way I can return your messages promptly.

My Fry's story get's worse! I took the manual home and opened up my computer to find that it had a different motherboard inside than the one I saw (and assumed that I was purchasing). This California is against the law--> it's called the " and switch".

Just to make sure, I took the manual back to the store and asked them to open up the floor model. After more hassles and bla bla bla ...store policy.. prohibits.. I had them open up the floor model. The floor model and the manual matched up! I don't know where they got the one I took home from, it didn't even have the features the floor model had--> no AGP slot and only one SD RAM slot vs the floor model that had 4 SD RAM slots and other features.

What really got to me was that the supervisor tried to tell me that both motherboards were of the same quality! No way! I didn't want to waste my time arguing with the guy (he didn't know that I work in the Industry). I finally returned the computer to learn that it will take Fry's 14 days to return my money.

I am currently in the process of writing a letter to the Consumer Affairs dept. This has to stop.
