you people complain about waiting at the cashier on checks are absured. Why dont you open you own bussiness and except checks. Lets see how you manage when so one writes you a check for a $1000 or more and see how you get around that. You cant you dont get the money or the product back if you cant find the person. who wrote the check and most of the time the checks are stolen. All a check is is a I OWE YOU not money! I want to see how you except checks and how you handle them after they bounce on you. Sure some placeses have systems like telecheck, well we go even further with verifying the check at the bank ourselves to save you the customer money that places that have telecheck charge you.
