Dear mr Daniel,

Instead of gripping about Fry's polices why dont you try looking around for electronic stores that carry as much stuff as they do. You know why you dont it's because you can't you have to go to at least 3 stores to find eveything you were looking for and not to mention the low prices on all of there stuff. Ya sure so things are expensive but the prices 90 percent of the store are so competive you won't find a better price any where. You shuold also look at that if you go to another store your going to get salsemen who don't know anything thats going to happpen everywhere. It's not there fault that you incompantant and don't know what it is you need they are not mind readers. And one other thing try going to another store and return something and see how much they charge you for a reshelfing fee for the product. I'd rather wait a while than lose money.

I also am an employee of FRY'S ElLECTRONICS. if you worked there for a while and see all the scams and stealing of products you would understand why are polices are the way they are. So if you have a problem then forget about use and spend more money and time looking for what you need for low prices at another store which you wont find.
