Hello Dan,

Currently, Microsoft's 30 Day Trial Period should overrule any store policies with regard to software returns. Others like Symantec have similar trial policies knowing that it does take some time to evaluate new software.

It's odd that Microsoft is very aggressively pursuing pirating and yet they encourage it by this policy.

I personally believe that the 60 day trial policy is the only fair way that a customer can evaluate the software.
