    Welcome to DanFinder^TM, an exciting new service brought to you by Dan himself! Have you ever found yourself thinking, "You know, if I just knew where Dan was, I could give him the data from his latest series of high energy particle physics experiments." Or maybe you are a nuclear equipped country and have grown weary of Dan's tirades and just want to end it? Well, NOW YOU CAN! With DanFinder^TM, you will now be able to know Dan's current latitude and longitude to within 3-100 meters of accuracy¹, as well as my current velocity & altitude. All from the confines of your browser! Please keep in mind that this is a beta test of the service and with that much said, I will try to update this page as often as I can. Maps are provided courtesy of MapQuest. The DB9 straight through cable has been made, thanks to my good friend Mr. Garibaldi...er Tim Suerfert. New data is available on the DanFinder, thanks to John Hoover for driving me around the greater Orange County area in a big square. :)

NEW! thanks to a recent upgrade of my PalmPilot's web browser I am able to use some nifty Perl scripts to modify this page remotely. What this means for you, the viewer is that the position updates will be more frequent and meaningful, enjoy!
